UX & UI Design FrontEnd Development
A mobile messaging company focused on SMS, MMS, and TTV messaging services for business and enterprise.
Redesign legacy platforms, improve usability, deliver new features, and bring the UI into the 21st century. Design for use cases that didn't exist yet—the solution had to allow for massive changes over the years. It had to be flexible. And a logistical challenge: Design collaboratively, while on the other side of the globe (Australia).
For each new screen or feature, we collaborated with MessageMedia’s product and development team with weekly design sprints. The first step of the process? Sketching solutions.

During the two years we worked together, we followed an agile process. After selecting different layouts selecting different layout options, we presented high-fidelity wireframes.
MessageMedia was already an established brand, but they wanted to explore variations on their branding, such as a new color palette. We created different style tiles to present aesthetic options for the UI. These defined color, typography, buttons, and chart styles.
The final step of developing each new screen or feature: presenting the visual design.
The design needed the ability to live beyond our work with the client—it had to be able to adapt to future needs and use cases.
We developed the design system to create a coded, live document. Developers, designers, and anyone else working on the project could use for easy collaboration and streamlining the process in the future.
